What is your shipping policy?
Orders are processed in 5-7 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS and can take an additional 7-14 days to deliver.
What is your refund policy?
We cannot offer returns, store exchanges, or refunds on any herbal product. If you receive an item that is damaged, please email nia@earthlydelightshealing.com within 2 days upon receipt so that we can send a replacement.
What can I expect during a wellness consultation?
The purpose of the consultation is to discuss any physical, mental, or emotional concerns you are experiencing. Prior to your consultation, you will complete an intake form to fill out general biographical information, similar to intake forms you fill out at a doctor's office. During the consultation, your herbalist will ask you additional questions to understand your lifestyle, your wellness goals, and any factors that may contribute to the goals and/or concerns you discussed.
After your consultation, your herbalist will email you a protocol with recommendations and resources to address your concerns. For an additional fee, we can prepare custom herbal preparations and mail them to you. The cost of this varies based on the recommendations provided and will be determined when we send your protocol.
Consultations are confidential and all information shared will kept private.
